# Sigma Funding Group

> Sigma Funding Group is a US invoice factoring company based in Hollywood, Florida, serving businesses nationwide. It buys unpaid invoices that businesses issue to other businesses or government agencies, and pays most of the invoice value up front. It also offers A/R funding, asset-based lending and DIP financing.

Factoring with Sigma is a sale of invoices, not a loan, and Sigma works only with businesses that invoice commercial or government customers.

Terms as of October 22, 2026:

- Advance rate: 80–90% of the invoice value for most businesses. Freight carriers receive a full advance. Sigma makes exceptions to the range case by case.
- Onboarding typically takes 24–48 hours from signup. After that, Sigma funds invoices the same day they are submitted.
- A written proposal with the advance rate, fee and terms arrives within 48 hours of applying.
- Sigma factors with recourse only. Optional credit insurance covers customer non-payment under the policy's terms. Sigma does not offer non-recourse factoring.
- Asset-based lending facilities run $500K–$10M.
- Sigma has funded $900M+ for 600+ clients.
